The Client wishes to develop a new identity and image for their 4-acre site. The focus of the project is to modernize the existing four medical office buildings and the property. To bring the exteriors and interiors into the 21st century. The scope of work addresses preliminary feasibility studies and subsequent conceptual design documentation to; a complete re-development of renovate the existing site and exterior building entries, solutions for pedestrian and vehicular circulation and way finding, new hardscape, landscaping, signage, potential parking garage reconfiguration, along with the new three-story interior lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms.
