Clean lines, rich, sophisticated materials and finishes combined with subtle color shades and textural changes, create a museum-quality space for this large real estate investment trust’s new regional headquarters. An unobstructed, million-dollar view of Camelback Mountain is framed by back painted glass panels, textured racked stone walls and tile floors. A unique raised recessed ceiling with angular flush mounted lighting was designed to create motion and to lead you to the reception area and view beyond. The mountain and the buildings unique geometry inspired the angular approach to the major design elements that add excitement to the otherwise refined design. The reception area opens to a conferencing center with a central shared, open, collaborative coffee bar. Lighting plays a very important part in uniting the space, highlighting the wall textures, and providing drama.
