Originally constructed in 1986, the two-building office campus consists of 322,406 square feet. To provide access to the two buildings and to energize the site, an additional 20 parking spaces were added directly off 24th street featuring direct access to the two buildings and “The Deck” a contemporary outdoor gathering area that offers games and shaded, lounge-style seating.
The two open-air atrium spaces will contain new colorful two-story kinetic sculptures along with hanging planters to provide a festive, lush environment. Additional upgrades to on-site amenities include two new state-of-the-art conference centers and tenant lounge with ping pong, redesigned café with indoor and outdoor seating, a new large fitness center with locker rooms and showers. The interiors have also been completely re-designed including all new elevator lobbies, cabs, corridors and restrooms. All new branding with new graphics was completed with new way finding, graphics, signage, directories and tenant signage.
Our scope included all the Architectural services starting with visioning, conceptualization thru budgeting, scheduling, discovery, design, value engineering, documentation and construction administration services. Services including leading a talented team of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscape consultants along with providing the Client with updated pricing and scheduling in concert with the general contractor to maintain budgets and schedules.
