Their mission: to usher the existing medical office buildings and the sprawling four-acre property into the modern era, seamlessly merging both exterior and interior aesthetics with a 21st century feel.

The ambitious scope of work encompassed preliminary feasibility studies and conceptual design documentation. The team’s achievements ranged from a complete reimagining of the site to the transformation of both building exteriors and entryways. Solutions unfolded for pedestrian and vehicular circulation, intuitive wayfinding, and the infusion of fresh hardscape, landscaping, and signage.
