Krause teamed with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale in the creation of the first of 9 planned STEAM Makerspaces with the goal to create an innovative space that encourages cutting-edge learning in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). Krause alongside with our engineers, contractors, vendors all DONATED services for the project. Tasked with providing an interactive yet educational environment for a non-profit, this space embodies the spark of youth’s imagination. The challenge was providing a lively space of 1,000 square feet for children ages 6-18 to explore activities related to science, technology, engineering, and math. Activities range from supervised activities for the little ones, including Lego and drone building, to advanced technologies for middle and high schoolers. A laser cutter, 3D printer, and videography station complete with green screen are the highlights.
Lets reimagine your space together, reach out today.
