Looking towards the future with a modern design the building will provide a new anchor to the city where it pursues the regions passion for Place, Nature, History, Craft and the Future. Five attitudes essential to the designs core. The Renovation will remove the existing brick façade to replace with new contemporary glazing. Adding a grad 3-story atrium volume for the main entrance will unite the two separate building within the new envelope. The proposed solution upgrades the entire interior within the existing structure, signage and wayfinding is planned throughout. The remaining 3-acre site will see improvements with the design team implementing native low water desert species adding a much-needed shade corridor along the major intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Indian School.
